  2. A code is redeemed at checkout by entering it in the "Promotional code" field.
  3. Abuse (including bulk use of single-use codes, code generation, system exploits) results in code invalidation and may result in Account suspension.

3.3. Seasonal Promotions and Marketing Campaigns

  1. The Organiser may launch temporary Promotional Campaigns (e.g. holiday promotions, Black Friday, partner campaigns).
  2. Each Promotional Campaign has a separate description published at https://www.proompi.com/promotions or in user communications, including: name and duration, participation rules, discount/bonus value, eligibility conditions.

  2. For rewards of significant value (above the tax-free amount under Art. 21(1)(68a) of the Personal Income Tax Act), the Organiser is required to withhold flat-rate income tax (10%) and inform the Referrer.
