Learn the basics of using Proompi
What is Proompi?
Proompi is an AI-powered tool that transforms your simple ideas into professional prompts. Just describe what you want in plain language, and we'll create an optimized prompt for AI image generators, music creators, or chatbots.
How do I create my first image?
It's easy! 1) Select 'Image' category, 2) Describe your idea in simple words (e.g., 'a cat in space'), 3) Click 'Enhance' to create a professional prompt, 4) Click 'Generate' to create your image. That's it!
What is a 'prompt' and why does it matter?
A prompt is the text instruction you give to AI. Better prompts = better results. Proompi automatically adds technical details, styles, and quality modifiers that professional AI artists use, so you don't have to learn them.
Do I need to know English?
No! You can write in Polish, English, or other languages. Proompi will understand your idea and create an optimized prompt. The interface is also available in multiple languages.
Can I use Proompi on my phone?
Yes! Proompi works on any device with a web browser - phones, tablets, and computers. Just visit proompi.com and start creating.

How long does it take to generate an image?
Usually 20-60 seconds, depending on the model and server load. You'll see a progress indicator while your image is being created.
Why do I get 2 images?
We generate 2 variations so you can choose the one you like best. Each variation interprets your prompt slightly differently, giving you more options.
How do I download my images?
Click on any generated image to open it in full size, then click the 'Download' button. You can also right-click and save the image.
How long are my images stored?
Free users: 24 hours. Spark plan: 1 month. Accelerator plan: 2 months. Download images you want to keep permanently!
What if I don't like the generated image?
You can: 1) Generate again with the same prompt for different variations, 2) Edit your original idea and enhance again, 3) Add more details to your description for better results.
Can I edit the enhanced prompt before generating?
Yes! After Proompi enhances your prompt, you can modify it before generating. This gives you full control over the final result.

What's the difference between Free, Spark, and Accelerator?
Free: 1 image generation to try us out. Spark ($10/mo): 100 generations, premium AI model, 1-month storage. Accelerator ($20/mo): 300 generations, premium model, 2-month storage, priority support.
What exactly is a 'generation'?
One generation = one click of the 'Generate' button, which produces 2 image variations. Prompt enhancement is unlimited and doesn't count toward your generation limit.
When do my limits reset?
Monthly limits reset on the same day each month as your subscription started. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your limits reset on the 15th of each month.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact us if you're not satisfied and we'll process your refund.
Can I try before buying?
Absolutely! Every user gets 1 free image generation to test the service. You can also use unlimited prompt enhancements for free.

What's the difference between the basic and premium AI model?
Basic model (DALL-E 3): Good quality, suitable for most uses. Premium model (GPT Image): Higher detail, better understanding of complex prompts, more realistic results, professional quality.
Why are paid plan images better quality?
Paid plans use our premium AI model which produces more detailed, accurate, and professional images. It's like the difference between a good camera and a professional camera.
What resolution are the images?
All images are generated at 1024x1024 pixels - perfect for social media, presentations, and web use. This is high enough quality for most digital purposes.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes! All images you generate are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes. You own full rights to your creations.
Account & Security
Privacy and account management
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Are my images private?
Yes, completely. Your generated images are only visible to you and are not shared publicly. We don't use your images for training or marketing.
How do promo codes work?
Enter your promo code in Settings > Promo Code. Valid codes will instantly activate your premium plan for the specified duration. Codes can only be used once.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Can I change my email address?
Currently, email changes require contacting support. We're working on adding this feature to the settings page.
