This page is a translation for informational purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

1. What Are Cookies

"Cookies" are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you use our website. They allow us to:

  • maintain logged-in user sessions,
  • remember your settings (e.g. language),
  • ensure security,
  • analyse how the website is used,
  • run marketing campaigns (with your consent).

We also use similar technologies: localStorage, device fingerprinting (for non-logged-in users to limit free generations), and tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel — with consent).

2. Legal Basis

  • Essential cookies — Art. 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Act and Art. 6(1)(b)(f) GDPR. No consent required.
  • Other cookies (functional, analytical, marketing) — Art. 173(1)(2) of the Telecommunications Act and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Require your explicit, freely given, informed and unambiguous consent.

Functional cookies remember your preferences (e.g. AI model choice, prompt categories). Declining functional cookies does not block access to the Service but limits convenience.

4. Consent Management

4.1. Consent Banner

On your first visit we display a consent banner with information about cookie categories. The banner allows you to:

  • "Accept all" — consent to all categories,
  • "Reject all" — decline all non-essential categories (equally prominent as acceptance),
  • "Customise" — select individual categories (functional / analytical / marketing).

4.2. Changing Preferences at Any Time

You can update your preferences at any time via:

  • the "Cookies" icon in the website footer,
  • the Settings → Cookie Consents panel.

4.3. Withdrawal of Consent

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4.4. Consent Validity

Consent is valid for 12 months. After that period we will ask for your decision again.

5. Google Consent Mode v2

We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2. Default settings:

SignalDefault value

Once you grant consent in the banner, the relevant signals are updated. We exclude admin-role users (ADMIN) from analytics.

6. Disabling Cookies in Your Browser

You can manage cookies directly in your browser settings. Browser-specific instructions:

Note: Disabling all cookies (including essential ones) will prevent you from using features that require being logged in.
